So one of Wyn and Aki's bridesmaid knew one of our former brides Yummi, and after looking at our work they decided to fly us to Brisbane to photograph their wedding. It's a small world. Wyn loved the fact that we weren't afraid to shoot in unusual locations as she wanted something different for her wedding photos. Now finding a location with a grungy/industrial feel in Brisbane is not that easy when we are based in Sydney. Fortunately our good friend Steve from ST Photography scouted some locations for us. In the end we found exactly what we were looking for. Steve also came along on the day to help us out with the shooting. Wyn and Aki and their bridal party were fantastic. Even a bit of rain in the morning couldn't dampen their spirits and they never even raised an eyebrow when we asked to climb around a location that had asbestos warnings all over it or when we had to do a bit of trespassing to reach a cool location. Or even when we made them climb into the middle of a field that was covered in who knows what. When we arrived at the boys place it was raining, but nobody seemed to mind.

Below is a really simple shot, but somehow it's one of my favourite ones from the wedding.
